Altia Plc ("Altia") announced on 29 September 2020 the merger of Altia's and Arcus ASA's ("Arcus") business operations through a statutory cross-border absorption merger of Arcus into Altia. As a result of the merger, all assets and liabilities of Arcus will be transferred without a liquidation procedure to Altia, and Arcus will be dissolved (the "Merger").
